ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Corporate Assurance team has office locations in Sydney and Newcastle is looking for an experienced External Audit professional to join this excellent team in a top AFR 100 firm.
The Corporate Assurance and Advisory teams of Prosperity Adviser’s Group (PAG) offer a comprehensive suite of risk solutions, such as risk consulting and external audit, to help clients tackle a wide array of challenges, changes, and opportunities.
Your role will involve supervising the planning, execution, and reporting of various external audit engagements and risk consulting. Developing strong client relationships and honing your technical and interpersonal abilities will be crucial areas of focus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing a highly skilled external audit and assurance team by providing on the job coaching and support.
- Develop strategic and annual external audit plans, perform enterprise-wide risk assessments and conduct framework reviews.
- Develop and review external audit scopes and risk and control matrices.
- Supervise and conduct fieldwork and prepare high-quality written reports or deliverables, adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Contribute to growth initiatives and business development of the practice by collaborating with Directors and other service lines across the broader PAG team.
