Description:
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Work experience required including experience at supervisor level, preferably in the direct selling industry. Experience working in policy or compliance roles within the Public or Private sectors also an advantage
- Some experience working in an international arena with general understanding of varied laws of different business environments
- Flexible, well-organized with excellent time-management skills
- Detail orientated, high accuracy and excellent follow through skills
- Ability to interact effectively and communicate with all levels throughout the organization and vendors, with sensitivity to cultural diversity
- Innovative, able to identify and suggest solution for procedure updates or new procedures for efficiency
- Computer literacy: Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe. Microsoft 365 apps (Forms, SharePoint, Planner, Teams, etc.) and any other software knowledge also an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Preferably a university graduate or with equivalent vocational experience.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Supervisor, Member Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for establishing, updating and maintaining Member/Distributor policies across the EMEA region. You will be skilled in the philosophy and practical application of Member/Distributor rules and policies, ensuring that local regulations mirror EMEA standards as closely as local legal boundaries allow.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Coordinate and support the review process and roll out of multiple policy documents. Confer with management and respond appropriately to the proposed policy revisions
- Maintain department logs on a continuous basis to reflect the status of multiple EMEA projects and policy documents
- Identify and suggest new work-flow procedures and processes to problem solve and develop more efficient policy development and implementation
- Familiarize oneself of industry requirements, internal Member/Distributor policies, and policy updates in order to provide relevant support to EMEA markets
- As needed, assist with review and comment on marketing materials (such as marketing and educational materials) to ensure there are no compliance concerns prior to publication
- Ensure the posting of up to date Member/Distributor policy related documents in EMEA markets to Herbalife official websites
- Be the point of contact for the team in the Manger’s absence. Support the manager and supervise and action major MPA projects and delegate where appropriate, coach and oversee coordinators in the team.
