About the role
The Supervisor - Mining role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and inspire team members to safely execute mining plans.
This role is on a 14 day on / 14 day off, day shift / night shift rotation and is eligible for FIFO/DIDO and camp accommodations.

Responsibilities:

Prioritize work headings, ensuring a safe environment
Strive to meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets
Chair pre-start huddles and relevant meetings
Collaborate with other departments within the business
Manage performance of crew including professional development, discipline, and mentorship of new workers
About you
As a Supervisor – Mining, you will have a Secondary School Diploma.
