JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team in Noordhoek. The ideal candidate must come from a clothing retail background and be able to start immediately.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in clothing retail is mandatory (not negotiable).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must reside within 25 km of Noordhoek.
• Must have own reliable transport.

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing training and support.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
