Description:

Overview:
Responsible for the daily operations of the Parking and Traffic division. Supervision of the valet program and the automated cashier functions. Oversees financial records of cash/credit card deposits. May assist in any role within the parking and traffic division to include working as a valet or parking associate.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree in Business Management or related field, preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum one year supervision of a customer service based department or division, required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Valid Driver’s License in appropriate state, required.
  • Additional skills required: Ability to write concise, accurate reports, team member evaluations, and schedules. Ability to review financial statements, cashier functions, and associated security systems. Extensive ability to solve problems on an independent basis and have critical thinking skills. Maintain compliance with Novant Health’s Vehicle Use Policy. Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed.
