YOUR ROLE AT BAXTER

This position will be responsible for supervising the record, reconciliation and tracking of the activities mainly related to Payroll and Regional Liabilities accounting for Americas region. In addition, supervise the completion of the month end close activities and prepare reports to support corporate organization to disclosure Baxter Financial Statements.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Responsible for leadership and supervision of accounting staff including 1 Sr Analyst, 2 Analyst.
• Prepares, review and approve Payroll and liabilities account reconciliations.
• Ensure SOx compliance and continuous improvement for all processes.
• Ensure the services are provided according to the service level agreements (SLAs) approved by customers.
• Track performance management objectives and development plans for the team members.
• Facilitate problem resolution with other customers.
• Explain and enforce company any rules, policies, and regulations.
• Ensure MEC is execution and completed on time.
• Implement standard methodologies to maintain the accounts reconciliations with recs with +90 days of aging.
• Revision of Financial Statements and variances for all Payroll and Liabilities accounts.
• Review journal entries monthly.
