The Supervisor Pharmacy serves as part of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health.
The Pharmacy Supervisor accepts responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with the current policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Ph. D./M.D./D.D.S., preferred.
  • Experience: Previous leadership or supervisory experience., preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 90 days of hire by either examination or reciprocity, required.
  • Additional Skills (required): Other duties as outlined in facility policies and procedures. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
