Quality Greens is 100% locally owned and operated a full-service market currently recruiting a full-time Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work 32-40 hours per week and must be available at least one day on the weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Have previous leadership experience in a customer service oriented environment
• Have previous cash handling experience
• Have the ability to memorize many different codes
• Have good mathematical skills
• Excel when working in a fast-paced environment
• Have a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines
• Have the ability and willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary
• Have the ability to take direction and work independently or as a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

• Provide leadership and motivation to all Supervisors and Cashiers
• Hire and train new department staff
• Supervise department staff and provide regular feedback
• Liaise and communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain consistency in providing excellent customer service
• Process transactions in a timely and efficient manner- cash, interact, credit, and gift card
• Cash handling and reconciliation, including daily bank deposits and weekly coin orders
• Investigate cash discrepancies and till errors
• Process and authorize returns and exchanges according to company policies
• Perform weekly shifts as a key holder; opening and closing the store
• Enter QG Points sign-up forms into the POS system
• Promote sales and events
• Leave a lasting positive impression on all customers that shop at Quality Greens
• Adhere to company loss prevention standards
• Cover additional shifts as necessary in order to meet the operational needs of the store
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed
