Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Deliver and demonstrate timely, courteous service, accuracy and preparedness
- Provide prompt and courteous services to all outlets
- Address all product and service needs, requests and concerns promptly
- Provide timely and accurate documentation for all transactions
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation to ensure prompt receipt, delivery and follow up on all products
Staffing
- Lead and motivate team in delivering service excellence, performance and productivity standards
- Assist and train employees in all aspects of the operation
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching and feedback to develop employee skills, productivity and teamwork
- Monitor and appraise staff performance
- Communicate and uphold company policies, regulations, procedures and performance standards
- Uphold and enforce compliance with employee handbook, uniform and grooming standards at all times
- Ensure cleanliness of employee work area
- Ensure all government regulations are correctly adhered to and record/correct deviations
- Conduct disciplinary action when necessary
Operations
- Contribute to overall operation efficiency, productivity and profitability product
- Produce purchase requisitions for all food and liquor products
- Monitor quality of product and address any variations
- Oversee receiving, storing and issuing all warehouse food, beverage, liquor beer and paper supplies
Manage stock rotation of all food and beverage product.
Financial/Admin
Ensure billing and product accuracy for all items issued to outlets
- Work in close cooperation with outlets to ensure accurate ordering and required inventory levels
- Maintain staff attendance records and personnel files
Communication
Manage information to maintain and improve food quality, service satisfaction team- work and operational effectiveness
Immediately notify buyers of all short shipments, returns, late shipments or culinary concerns as they occur
- Develop and maintain working relationships with suppliers and departments
- Inform Manager, Warehouse & Purchasing of any occurrences which may impede operational efficiency
- Report any special occurrences or inconsistences to Manager
- Advise Manager of all disciplinary action
- Report and follow up on faulty equipment and complete work orders for maintenance
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improving service support or operational performance
