REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of OND
• 2-3 years of experience in similar role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and support a team of employees, providing guidance and feedback.
• Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
• Operational Oversight:
• Ensure that daily operations are conducted in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality of work, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.
• Manage scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage, and addressing any staffing issues.
• Training and Development:
• Train new employees and provide ongoing development for current staff.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Problem-Solving:
• Address and resolve operational issues and employee concerns promptly.
• Implement solutions to improve efficiency and address any challenges that arise.
