SUPERVISORS FOR CAFÉ BRICKACCINO AND RESTAURANT MINI CHEF

Do you aspire to create memorable experiences for all guests, and can you take responsibility for the daily operations of the restaurant/café during your shift and maintain a calm and comprehensive overview? Then you may be one of the two new supervisors we are looking for to join our F&B team.

The F&B team is a team of 70 colleagues operating in 4 different areas: Restaurant MINI CHEF, Café BRICKACCINO, Food Truck and the kitchen where we focus on creating amazing guest experiences while handling up to 1200 guests daily.
We always greet our guests with enthusiasm and motivation, ensuring they have a memorable experience. Our team is enthusiastic and diverse, with members working both full-time and part-time. As Supervisor, you’ll also collaborate with the permanent staff colleagues, collectively responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks.
We are looking for two new colleagues to join us as supervisors in Restaurant MINI CHEF and Café BRICKACCINO.

Responsibilities:

BE A ROLE MODEL

At the LEGO House, every day brings new experiences. Our core task is to be the nicest host to our guests and make sure they have a world class visit here. In this role, you’ll actively participate in daily activities and energize your colleagues to ensure that our guests have the best possible time.
As Supervisor, you’ll also take on the added responsibility of being a role model for your team. Through on the floor coaching and training, you’ll guide them on how to engage with guests and translate the power of learning through play into practice. The supervisor is the extended hand of the Team Lead and must support in the daily team management and be responsible for the implementation and continuous updating of work procedures.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE RESTAURANT MINI CHEF:

  • You will be responsible for coordinating the daily operation within your area this includes e.g. keeping an overview of and optimize our daily shift plan and restaurant table bookings to ensure our guests have the best experience
  • Ensure that we maintain our high guest satisfaction by supporting your colleagues in creating playful and professional guest experiences
  • Operating our digital platforms, such as table booking system, restaurant management system, POS (Point of Sales), E-Smiley (Food Safety & waste), robots and conveyor belts.
  • Replying to guest requires in both English and Danish, verbal and written.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE CAFÉ BRICKACCINO:

  • You will be responsible for coordinating the daily operation within your area, this includes e.g. keeping an overview of and optimizing our daily shift plan.
  • Ensure that we maintain our high guest satisfaction by supporting your colleagues in creating playful and professional guest experiences
  • Optimizing our assortment ensures availability and minimum food waste.
  • Operating our digital platforms, such as table booking system, POS (Point of Sales) and E-Smiley (Food Safety & waste).

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience from similar jobs coordinating daily operations also in high season where things are moving fast
  • Enjoy being a role-model and inspiring everyone to perform at their best.
  • Have a great overview and communication skills.
  • You are skilled at organizing, coordinating, and sharing your knowledge
  • You are used to communicating in both Danish and English.
