Responsibilities:
- Daily operations of Guest Experience in LEGO House
- Supporting Team Leads in implementing new initiatives and processes
- Training colleagues to enhance the guest experiences
- Be an expert facilitator in LEGO Houses Service and Hospitality principles
- Be instrumental in the constant development of our Guest Experiences
