SUPPLIER & MARKETING CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR WITH HUNGARIAN LANGUAGE

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, combining remote work with time in our Warsaw office. However, we welcome applications from candidates based elsewhere in Poland, as each application will be considered individually.
We are looking for a Supplier & Marketing Campaign Coordinator to support our marketing efforts across Eastern Europe. In this role, you will drive the execution of marketing programs, create and proofread marketing assets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business priorities. You will also play a key role in supplier marketing, email campaigns, RS Pro and local market campaigns.
Working closely with the Marketing Team Leader, Sales, and Product & Supplier Marketing teams, you will manage timelines and content to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU:

• Fluency in English and Hungarian is essential, and knowledge of Czech would be a strong advantage.
• Experience working in a multinational, matrix-style marketing environment, collaborating across teams and regions.
• A strong background in B2B marketing, with expertise in marketing communications, content marketing, and commercial program management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive both product and service growth.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing marketing campaigns tailored to the local market, working closely with the Marketing Team Leader EE. You will take ownership of delivering marketing assets, collaborating with the Group Integrated Planning team to ensure seamless execution. Managing budgets and timelines effectively will be crucial to meeting agreed targets.
You will translate our propositions into impactful go-to-market strategies, continuously measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns while assessing ROI and key KPIs. Staying ahead of market trends, analysing consumer behaviour, and researching competitor activities will help shape data-driven decisions.
Customer insights will be at the heart of your approach, as you monitor reactions and identify innovative opportunities for business growth. Collaborating with local Product & Supplier Manager, you will ensure the right product and category mix is integrated into commercial campaigns. Additionally, you will work closely with Rest of EMEA Product Marketing team to drive supplier marketing initiatives as part of local campaigns.
Your ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution will be key to making an impact in this dynamic and fast-paced role.
