Description:
The Supplier Master Data Management (SMDM) Specialist will be responsible for SMDM Processes, Methods & Tools related to Supplier Life Cycle Management, Suppliers Portals, Commodity Codes, Purchasing Groups, Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Communications & Trainings, Internal and External Helpdesk support and ensuring aforementioned processes, methods and tools are Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Internal Audit compliant.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Finance, Supply Chain Management, or closely related field
- Fluent in English Language
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management, Purchasing, or closely related relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Convey goals, ideas, and issues to team members and all levels of leadership via email, PowerPoint, and oral presentations
- Proven Leadership skills
o Ability to lead cross-functional teams and take ownership of projects
o Motivate and inspire team to be effective and efficient
- Soft Skills
o Negotiation, listening, and team building
o Analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution, and delegation
o Organization, time management (self and team), prioritization,
- Strong MS Office Suite skills
o Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the Automotive Industry
- Experience with SAP MM
