EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

a) Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, quality management, procurement administration, or other relevant field. (Must have)

WORK EXPERIENCE:

a)Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
b)Preference for experience in customer-facing roles.

SKILLS:

a)Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and insights.
b)Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
c)Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple priorities.
d)Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite

BUSINESS UNIT PURPOSE:

Sourcing Performance manages supplier onboarding, selection, contracting, and operational processes, alongside supplier relationship management and performance reporting, ensuring efficient operations, risk mitigation, and adherence to governance processes.

JOB PURPOSE:

Facilitate post-contract performance management tasks, including assisting in KPI development and conducting reviews for both food and non-food suppliers. Plan and facilitate communication with suppliers to foster continuous improvement in their performance, utilizing KPIs set by management and gathering relevant data for strategic supplier reviews (SSRs).
