SKILL, CAPABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

Education Required: College Diploma in Business, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
Years of Experience Required: 2-5+ years experience

Highly proficient in MS Office Suite applications

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts general procurement administration activities including the preparation and maintenance of subcontract related documentation. Refines contractual requirements with integrated logistics support subject matter experts. Prepares and maintains procurement related administration.
  • Coordinates functional stakeholder engagement in meetings with the supplier and customer. These include negotiations, requirements clarification sessions, technical requirements reconciliations and other as required to ensure the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Statement of Work in executable by suppliers.
  • Conducts analysis and provides reporting on progress on the acquisition of ILS inputs by reviewing and interpreting schedules. Summarizes data and reports on it in written status reports or in meetings supported by visuals. Leads or participates in the development of priority setting and recovery plans.
