JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

To develop, document and execute supplier Quality plans and procedures as required to continuously
improve supplier performance implement incoming inspection controls and qualify new components and
suppliers. Investigates, analyzes, and corrects problems in quality, production and control at a supplier
location by assisting suppliers and subcontractors in meeting BD Juarez quality needs. Ensure
compliance with Corporate, ISO, FDA, and Local standards requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in technical sciences or equivalent bachelor.

• Preferable 3 years of experience in maquiladora industry.
• Preferable Medical Device Background.
• Knowledge on International Regulations and Standards (i.e., FDA-CFR, ISO 13485, 9001 etc.).
• Quality Auditor Certification.
• Molding process knowledge is a plus.
• Six sigma certification is desirable.
• Experience on managing projects.
• Ability to negotiate.
• Applied statistical techniques.
• English spoken (Advanced or fluid)
• Desire experience in Supervision and Leading teams.
