Key Responsibilities
In this role you will help Cochlear to realize its mission by making sure our direct material has the right quality level. You will secure that specification requirements are properly understood by the supplier and that the supplier manufacturing process has the potential to produce consistently to meet these requirements. You will participate in new product development projects, perform supplier audits, handle changes on existing products, manage supplier quality issues and work closely with colleagues from other departments, both in Gothenburg and globally, as well as external suppliers.

About You.
You have experience in Quality Assurance of Manufacturing Processes preferably within the MedTech industry. Experience of sterile products, cleanliness requirements and process validations is an advantage.
- You have a relevant university degree, or several years of experience within Supplier Quality Assurance, preferable with experience from Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
- You are looking for a role where you can use your experience in performing supplier audits
- You have the ability to solve problems and collaborate with your peers and suppliers in order to deliver results which will benefit Cochlear’s customers
- You are comfortable speaking and writing in Swedish and English at a professional level

Essential
- Experience in a quality assurance in manufacturing environment.
- Supplier Quality Assurance, preferable with experience from Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
- Basic knowledge regarding quality methodology and tools.
- Preferably experienced within the MedTech Industry
