JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Electronics quality & engineering management.
• Monitor electronic parts supplier’s quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Engineering change management for electronic product, include product qualification, testing & process qualification, reworking/sorting arrangement and lead time management.
• Work together with team and supplier on trouble shooting for quality issue.
• Regular audit and qualification of supplier to make sure their quality management system runs well to guarantee their quality level.
• Work together with Commercial team on alternative/second source selection and qualification.
• Involved into New Product Introduction (NPI) stage to be proactively review supplier’s manufacturing/testing process and quality control process through FMEA and Fool-proof methodologies to ensure high level product quality in whole life cycle.Coordinate with global cross function teams for special project to support company business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be fluent with oral English, good teamwork, excellent at communication.
• Good knowledge of quality system, ISO9000 etc.
• Be capable of supplier management, project management.
• Strong technical and process skills in electronics commodity.
• RAID/NETWORK/GPU card experience is preferred
• Bachelor or above, more than 5 years working experience in electronics engineering or manufacturing (PCBA).
