SRG is looking for contribution motivated talent who will join our team in Bolesławiec as Quality Engineer.

WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)

• Proven experience in the supervision of automotive suppliers
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Knowledge of the Polish language is mandatory
• Resistance to stress
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Driving licence category B

• Troubleshooting and minimising costs associated with supplied faulty components and the sorting and rework process
• Work with suppliers to create sustainable preventive actions using 8D methodology and other quality tools (FMEA, 5Why, Ishikawa etc.)
• Supervision of the complaint process to the supplier, initial assessment of the 8D report and summary and collection of bad quality costs to the supplier
• Support to the internal quality department and management of external sorting companies in the incoming area
• Escalating supplier issues to the SQE, Plant Quality Manager and the Purchasing and Supplier Development department at SRG
• Preparation of quality reports for the attention of other internal/external departments and other SRG sites
• Control and management of costs associated with inadequate delivery quality in Customer Assistant & Intelex. Issue of debit notes in SOLID / CMS / Intelex to supplier and more..
