We are looking for a Supplier Quality Head - Flow Equipment Division to join our FE_Energy team in Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for Supplier Quality performance monitoring and improvement activities including Supplier Quality Assurance, Engineering and At Source Inspection
  • Supplier Quality Excellence process definition (KPIs, improvement planning, vendor ratings, expectation documents, etc.)
  • Supplier qualification, development, and corrective action processes in close alignment with the responsible category manager
  • Compliance with national and international standards, mainly ISO, market specific, API, NORSOK and nuclear
  • Strengthen the Supplier safety culture and awareness with harmonized processes and tools towards zero accident
  • Responsible for the SRM tools within the division, driving continuous improvement activities and corrective actions in all locations and factories

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Quality and Engineering functions or equivalent education and experience, with 7 years’ work experience in supplier or manufacturing quality management
  • Proficient in QA/QC, auditing, inspection techniques, document control, corrective and preventative actions, continuous improvement, risk management, supplier reviews, nonconforming material processing and review
  • Solid understanding of operation processes and functional processes
  • Subject matter expert in API desired
  • Lean six sigma black belt certification desired
  • Good and effective communication skills, ability to communicate in complex situations on all levels
  • Proven leadership skills in leading and motivating teams, leading panels, moderating workshops and discussions
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a benefit
