Our Procurement team in Düsseldorf is looking for YOU!The diverse procurement team comprises 150 professionals from 28 different nationalities, spanning across four countries: Germany, UK, Netherlands, and Sweden. Together, they manage an annual spend of 1.5+ billion euros, strategically sourcing products and services across various spend categories.

• You will be part of the Procurement Governance & Perfomance team which focusses on performance, governance, SRM, sustainability and cultural topics
• You will be responsible and key contact for Uniper Procurement’s SRM approach with a focus on added value and sustainability
• You will be driving the continuous improvement of supplier processes consisting of onboarding, risk management, segmentation, performance measurement & evaluation as well as strategic partnerships & engagements
• You will ensure the necessary transparency about key supplier data, e.g., by developing reports and dashboards
• You will provide support and ad-hoc information, e.g., for management meetings
• You will collect and bring in external insights regarding trends and industry benchmarks in the field of SRM
• You will coordinate supplier surveys to improve our processes and the collaboration with suppliers
