Job Description
Drive performance, add value and be part of our Supplier Relationships Buying team - with the same customer-centric view of any buying role, we’re currently recruiting for a relationship-oriented Buyer to join the team.

As our Supplier Relationships Buyer, you will be at the heart of our commercial success, partnering closely with our buying teams to deliver the best possible results. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving Profitability by utilising your exceptional negotiation skills to secure the best deals and maximise profit.
  • Maintaining and developing strong supplier relationships, ensuring we always get the best outcomes.
  • Applying your deep commercial acumen to support all buying teams, driving success across the business.
  • Confidently managing your own time while providing crucial support to the team, partnering closely with Buying teams.
  • Analysing product and market drivers and trends and support with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
  • Negotiation of purchase terms and conditions
  • Delivery of on going negotiation training

Qualifications
This is a unique buyer opportunity – Highly organised and customer-centric, your ability to really listen, communicate and collaborate will see you work flexibly and quickly adapt to our customers’ needs.
You will enjoy working cross-functionally with wider business functions, including a key partner to our Buying teams. Your drive to contribute whilst taking ownership means you work effectively, both independently and collaboratively to deliver your best work and commercial results for the business.
