Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Supplier Support will manage external supplier relationships and develop effective communication strategies to obtain requested compliance regulation information. Supplier Support is responsible for facilitating data exchange between Source Intelligence and Source Intelligence customer suppliers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Engage in communications with suppliers for data collection purposes on behalf of SI customers.
- Interact with customers/suppliers to address their concerns, answer their questions, and assist them with their needs.
- Assist suppliers with how to complete requested supply chain documentation i.e., forms and survey templates.
- Review suppliers’ responses and process basic documentation provided
- Engage suppliers with questions on the use of the portal
- Engage suppliers with questions on requirements of requested compliance documentation
- Approve data submitted by suppliers through the portal
- Complete Source Intelligence Product Compliance Certification 1
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the company
