Spire Thames Valley have an exciting opportunity for a Supplies Coordinator to join the team. The post holder will support the Supplies Manager in the delivery of a cost effective supplies management service that supports the hospital’s goal to be the best private provider of quality healthcare.

Responsibilities:
- To support the Supplies Manager in providing a reliable supplies ordering system, including medical consumables, for the hospital as a whole following the procedures outlined within the SAP Materials Management module.
- Placing local purchase orders, receipting in of goods onto SAP and clearing invoices for payment.
- Assist in the quarterly prosthesis and twice-yearly consumables stocktakes throughout the hospital.
- Ensure that the Spire ordering process is followed correctly
- To continually strive to improve the service offered by the Supplies department in order to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted running of all departments.
- Support the Supplies Manager in control and management of stock across the hospital
