Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be part of the Global Service Parts Fulfillment team as a Supply Chain Analyst reporting into the Global Planning & EMEA manager.
Based at an Agilent manufacturing site in Asia Pacific, the candidate will be accountable for:
- Leading, contributing and executing end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy including planning and logistics.
- Performing all activities involved in the management of inventory that will facilitate providing the right service part to the right place at the right time, for the right Supply Chain costs.
- Professionally manage inventory & achieve targeted availability from local stocks.
- Accountable for Inventory Planning of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Australia and New-Zealand stocking locations in order to support the Service Business. Backfilling global team-members when required.
- Partnering with supply chain peers to improve end to end performance and value for Agilent in general and the Service and Support division in particular. Liaise and coordinate with the supply side, the field contacts and facilitating partners.
- Participating in and leading Global Service Parts Fulfillment projects and Regional Business reviews
- Managing the logistics of local stock locations where required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years supply chain planning work and logistics experience
- Knowledge in SAP ECC
- Proficiency with MS Office – Excel and Word
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
