Based in Christchurch and with depots in Wellington and Cromwell, we’re responsible for constructing and maintaining overhead and underground lines and equipment across these locations. WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

We are looking for someone with 3 years business analyst experience, and familiarity with SAP transaction codes MM, ME, AKE, VK, SE16N. You will also be experienced with bulk updates using LSMW, MM17 and MEMASSIN. You will be someone with drive, initiative and a willingness to get stuck in to ensure the best outcomes are achieved for the team. Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

In order to enable our shift to a new inventory system, we have an exciting, fixed term opportunity for a driven and passionate Supply Chain Analyst with SAP experience to join our team. The Supply Chain Analyst will work to maintain the existing legacy system with thorough analysis of business data, creating and maintaining all necessary master data, item master, material master and system pricing (PIR/ZNPP) to ensure high levels of accuracy and prompt maintenance and management of inventory. It is busy, varied, diverse and every day will be different. You will play an integral role within the team by delivering efficient supply chain operations and quality processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Maintain data quality and ensure effective usage of the Product Catalogue
  • Analysis of the baseline supply chain performance and identify & record opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Accurate and timely data preparation and entry
  • Provide input on interface specification designs across the Supply Chain.
  • Assist with regular reporting and reconciliation tasks including regular SOH reporting, Safety Stock and monthly inventory reconciliations
  • Support teams to develop a structured plan for documenting processes within an agreed framework
