Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree Holder with minimum +3 years in Supply Chain functions (Strong knowledge of demand planning processes are added advantage)
• Candidates must have strong analytical skills as well as the experience and ability to communicate effectively with people across the globe
• Familiar with Oracle environment would be an added advantage
• Good oral and communication skills.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects

This position is responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products.
The Demand Planner creates and maintains forecast models for their customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from field, division marketing, supply chain operations and other sources.
This person will work closely with CoE Marketing teams, Order Fulfillment and the Supply Chain Operations to ensure Keysight deliverables are met.

Roles and responsibilities are as below :

• Analyze, gather and validate information from Field, CoE Marketing, and other sources to assist in disaggregating the division forecast into the item-level demand plan.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives for both divisions and Supply Chain.
• Accountable for forecast/demand plan accuracy aligning with Division tops down and balancing with statistical unit forecast
• Apply error analysis techniques to improve forecasting - review accuracy metrics and take actions.
• Execute demand planning processes in compliance to Demand Planning governance standards/tenets and maintain division standard operating procedures for demand planning processes.
• Lead monthly collaboration meeting with Order Fulfillment and Supply Chain to review on the demand trends/drivers and major changes in demand plan month to month.
• Identify opportunities and initiative for continuous improvement of demand planning, forecasting techniques/ methods/ approaches, processes and tools.
• Other duties as assigned, included but not limited to support for special projects or programs as required by Supply Chain Operation functions.
