Description:

HOYER, HADSTEN

Are you an experienced data analyst with a knack for Excel and data visualisation? Are one of your main characteristics curiosity and being inquisitive? Then maybe you should be the next to join our international team in Supply Chain where you can impact our most important assignments within demand planning.
We are an organisation with activities in Europe, Asia and North America and in your everyday work life you will meet colleagues from all over the world. Hoyer is characterised by a strong drive and ambitions to always deliver the best service to our customers. At the same time we want to be a good place to work – every day – and employee satisfaction is high on the agenda. You are at eye level with your boss and you get to work across departments and national borders.
As a Supply Chain Analyst in Hoyer, you support decision making by gathering, analysing and interpreting data. Furthermore you contribute to efficiency and improvements in Hoyer supply chain by developing and maintaining supplier- and supply chain related KPI/PI. You work towards standardisation of reporting through guidelines and procedures, automation of periodic reports and continuously improving data quality.
Additionally, you will work on optimising a large inventory split over two main warehouses with two different inventory policies, lead times and demand patterns. You will track inventory development and through a thorough analysis, forecasting, risk assessment and active coordination of purchase orders ensure inventory level stays within agreed strategy targets, while at the same time product availability is not compromised.
We have furthermore recently implemented a new ERP system that brings new opportunities and challenges to our daily practices when finding the optimal process in the new IT environment. This opens possibilities for an experienced candidate to make an impact on reporting and inventory management.
You will join an international team with 14 dedicated colleagues and work with suppliers in Europe and Asia.
