SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST II

RelaDyne, Inc. is the established leader in lubricant sales, distribution, equipment reliability services, and value-added services. We are looking for a professional Supply Chain Analyst II with a strong work ethic and desire to grow with a high performing team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 2 -4 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA
  • Expertise in PowerBI and data visualization techniques
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing data visualization techniques and collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and recommend solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, being self-motivated and requiring limited supervision, while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience in driving process optimization
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to and learn multiple ERP systems, with a drive to learn new tools and data techniques
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with a distribution company
  • Experience with inventory management software (Netstock: Sage Inventory Advisor)
  • Experience with SAP ECC 6 EHP7 & Sage 100 DM2
  • Exposure and involvement to a Sales & Operational Planning process
  • Experience working with multiple ERP systems and standardizing all the data into one dataset for reporting

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operation.

  • Collaborate with functional teams within the Supply Chain department to create, modify, and deploy supply chain-specific reports and dashboards, utilizing PowerBI for insightful visualizations
  • Develop and maintain the Supply Chain KPI dashboard, tracking inventory health metrics, purchasing performance, SIOP accuracy, and overall supply chain efficiency
  • Lead or participate in complex cross-functional projects, providing analyses to answer strategic questions
  • Conduct scenario and cost-benefit analyses on sourcing decisions to minimize COGS while maintaining contractual obligations and relationships with strategic suppliers
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Proactively identify key drivers and root causes from analysis findings, presenting them clearly and concisely
  • Complete ad-hoc reports, analyses, and benchmarking requests for Supply Chain leaders and project teams, ensuring a clear understanding of the audience, purpose, required detail, output, and deadlines
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in supply chain processes and suggesting solutions
  • Work closely with procurement, cost, sourcing, branch operations, sales, and finance to ensure smooth supply chain operations
  • Implement business process automation techniques to enhance supply chain reporting and streamline processes
  • Communicate with department heads to ensure all requirements are addressed promptly
  • Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned by the manage
