Supply Chain Analyst
Title: Supply-Chain Analyst (Orals/ Injectables)
Reports To: Head of Global Demand and Supply Planning (Orals/Injectables)
Location: Slough, UK (3-days/week collaborative model)

POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a newly created role in the Indivior Supply Chain and so offers potential for growth and change as the incumbent embeds into the position.
One aspect of the role will support the Supply Planners, offering insight and learning into the contract manufacturing and packing environment. Foundational knowledge of supply chain is key to support accountabilities of planning within Indivior’s ERP tool.
The role will also be responsible for developing, analysing and delivering insightful KPIs that drive action and continuous process improvements. In addition, supporting aspects of the end to end co-ordination of changes and activities within the category will be key to ensuring uninterrupted supply to patient. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Degree calibre or similar relevant qualification
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supply chain role (pharmaceutical company preferred)
Hands on SAP /IBP experience
Travel: dependant on CMO location – 10%

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for 100% service to patients for the Indivior Global business within assigned category
  • Execute timely purchase orders, good receipts, and stock movement transactions within SAP
  • Develop and regularly issue insightful KPIs to support CMO/CPO reviews and internal business processes with a focus on maximising efficient generation
  • Responsible to ensure the system of record contains accurate, up to date information and all processes are strictly adhered to
  • Communication to the CMO/CPOs regarding timings and escalation of delays or supply challenges
  • Utilise CI forums and peer/ superuser knowledge to optimise SAP planning tools to support efficient planning processes
  • Collaborate across multiple cross-functional key stakeholders, such as Quality, Finance, Demand Planning, Regulatory, Activity Management and Graphics, on Supply Planning and changes impacting the Planning function
  • Drive tracking and co-ordination of changes to drive on-time implementation to market with no service issues through the Indivior change control system, TrackWise.
  • Lead and manage regular cross-functional meetings to discuss, align and implement changes
  • Responsible to ensure change controls are managed through their lifecycle in a timely and compliant manner, keeping the category updated and aligned to key milestones.
  • Ensure SAP material master is set-up in line with business requirements and documented processes
  • High focus on GxP adherence and QMS activity to drive compliance adherence
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the functional area
