SKILLS:



    • Able to lead multiple concurrent initiatives independently.



      • Ability to continuously troubleshoot systems and data.



        • Strong problem solving, communication and organizational skills.



          • Intermediate Excel fluency, with the capacity to build and connect pivot table data.



            • Working knowledge of large ERP system, NetSuite preferred.

            EXPERIENCE:



              • Prior experience working in ERP systems.



                • Prior inventory management experience, ideally consignment based.



                  • Previous experience facilitating cross-functional or cross-organizational alignment.



                    • Experience with fast paced, scaling organizations.

                    Responsibilities:

                    THIS ROLE:

                    The Supply Chain Analyst - Key Accounts will serve as the inventory replenishment, system reconciliation, and customer service lead, supporting a large, consignment-based, convenience store account.
                    Starting as 1099 at 25-30 hours per week, $30/hour, with the potential to transition into a full-time role with expanded responsibilities. Expected hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 5-6 hours per day.

                    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



                      • Analyze and reconcile customer sales and inventory data between organizations and systems.



                        • Use POS and inventory data to optimize weekly store replenishment orders.



                          • Process store replenishment orders with 3PL partners, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.



                            • Track and resolve replenishment order delivery exceptions in both 3PL and ERP systems.



                              • Execute inventory write-offs and goods movements in NetSuite ERP.



                                • Monitor, organize and resolve customer service requests.



                                  • Partner with sales team to execute any needed adhoc stock or marketing material movements.



                                    • Build and publish daily and monthly program data and metrics.



                                      • Analyze store level survey data, identify key trends, and publish finding to organizational leadership.



                                        • Maintain store level customer master data.



                                          • Support system and process changes needed to maintain ongoing alignment.
