Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.
- Must have at least three years of relevant work experience.
- Must be analytical and possess strong numerical reasoning skills.
- Be able to lead and participate in cross functional teams.
- Position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, ability to work independently and as a member of a team, ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
- Maintain professional and positive business relationships both internally and externally.
- Must be detail oriented and computer literate in the MS Office environment (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:
- Logistics optimization.
- Collect, review and freight rates for inbound lanes from suppliers and outbound lanes to customers.
- Monitor and evaluate logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline logistics operations, reduce lead times, and improve delivery accuracy.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Lead Product forecasting and planning efforts with suppliers and distribution partners.
- Monitor supplier performance and capabilities to ensure that all quality, cost, and service expectations are met.
- Work with the Product Development, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Risk Management, Construction, Facility Services, Innovation, and other departments in resolving issues and capturing opportunities.
- Learn and provide back up support on system administration tasks and processes.
- Effectively able to communicate orally supported by written communication to all levels of the organization.
- Support the development of specifications, business process and continuous improvements of department.
- Provide excellent customer service to all M&M Food Market customers.
