Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for performing Inventory analyses and preparing THC based Inventory reports. The Business Analyst will support the Supply Chain team and should possess excellent analytical skills along with the ability to combine different data to create comprehensive performance reports. The Ideal candidate is an expert in the state reporting system currently METRC

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Thorough knowledge of METRC and Treez
• Must be proficient in active/inactive packages, package consolidation, sales, manifest creation, delivery operations, and maintaining inventory labeling
• Must have a thorough understanding of all MRA/ State of Michigan Cannabis regulations for both Medical Provisioning Centers as well as Adult-Use Retailers
• Computer literacy, MS Suite of applications and Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to travel up to 60%
• 1 + year experience in the Cannabis Industry
• Associates degree in Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent experience preferred

• Assist in coordinating internal inventory transfers between stores
• Create outgoing Metrc Manifests for all licenses
• Monitor and assist stores with their Compliance Management module within Treez
• Product detail management for the entire organization

• Product Content for Dutchie, Treez, Marketing
• Assist with creating Standard Operating Procedures for the retail team
• Analyze store inventory and run reports as needed
• Communicate product needs/trends to the supply chain and purchasing teams
• Certify that all product information is accurate such as product details and pricing information

o Auditing

• Audit packages within Metrc on each of our licenses to ensure accuracy & compliance
• Assist with inventory during store launches
