Job Description:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field
• 2+ years of direct experience in purchasing, upstream planning and inventory management
• Business understanding of supply chain, value streams, reporting and forecasts
• Strong leadership and change management skills
• Strong influence and convincing skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Previous experience on ERP system such as: AMAPS or SAP
• Data analytical skills using SQL and Tableau
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Analyze material demand, inventory levels, and supply chain data to optimize material planning and procurement
• Review and manage inventory reduction project, eliminating excess or obsolete material
• Monitor and forecast material requirements to prevent shortages and excess inventory
• Develop and maintain material planning and inventory control strategies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the supply chain
• Generate reports and provide insights on material-related KPIs and performance metrics
• Support the implementation of material management processes and systems
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align material planning with production and demand forecasts
