THE ROLE:

To support our major retail customers in Canada and in the US, we have been on an expansion journey at our facility. This includes growing our team. The Supply Chain Coordinator must be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

The Supply Chain Coordinator duties will include, but are not limited to:
Procurement
o Assist in researching vendors for various input materials
o Assist in preparation of management reports

o Assist in completing various administrative tasks:

• PO issuance
• 3-way match
• Resolving discrepancies

Logistics
o Assist Logistics in researching vendors for best possible 3P partners in shipping and warehousing
o Assist in preparation of management reports

o Assist in the following support tasks:

• CHEP pallets
• Shipping goods to customers

· Work with analysts, managers, customers and vendors in order to quickly resolve issues in the most efficient manner
· Ad hoc and projects as may be assigned
