As the Supply Chain and Product Configuration Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, ensuring seamless procurement, efficient supply chain management, and flawless product configuration. Your role will involve optimizing costs by sourcing the best suppliers and building strong relationships with them, while also streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining Hedera Dx’s high-quality standards. This dynamic position requires a blend of strategic supply chain expertise, procurement optimization and a deep understanding of product configuration, with a focus on delivering operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in supply chain management within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Deep understanding of industry regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, and contract management skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in multiple European languages (English, German and French preferred).
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Customer-centric approach with cultural sensitivity and a commitment to operational excellence.
Location: Fully remote, based in Germany, Netherlands or Belgium ideally
Responsibilities:
As the Supply Chain and Product Configuration Manager, you will oversee the entire supply chain process and manage the product configuration lifecycle from development through to customer delivery.
