Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Responsibilities: Position reports to Director, Supply Chain Logistics, Analytics and Strategy, or designee. The Business Analyst will analyze business processes by leveraging expertise to assess gaps in current processes (manual or automated). Propose several options for leadership and stakeholders to consider, improving the stakeholder and user experience. Ensure adherence to current policies and procedures; modify or create if necessary. Document and monitor any system enhancements to maximize efficiency. Qualifications:

  • 5 - 7+ years working in a healthcare supply chain or business analytics role.
  • Knowledge of healthcare material management system applications required.
  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations or Business Administration strongly preferred.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge, solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures as well as financial terms and principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
  • Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocol.
  • Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently on assigned projects, seeking guidance as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility in a fast-paced work environment and must have a positive attitude.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Pay Range: USD $36.13 - USD $60.76 /Hr
