As the Supply Chain Business Process Lead – Americas, you will be the key link between Ardo’s European operations and the Americas region, ensuring seamless alignment between supply chain processes and business goals. Reporting to the Supply Chain Project Manager, your role will focus on managing and optimizing workflows, developing efficient processes, and supporting new business initiatives across the Americas. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure that operations run smoothly from end to end.

Responsibilities:

Lead business processes between Ardo Europe and Ardo VLM to support regional growth.
Develop, refine, and implement new supply chain processes to drive operational efficiency.
Collaborate across multiple functions to ensure timely product launches and optimize the flow of goods.
Act as a key liaison between internal teams, facilitating communication and resolving operational challenges.
Monitor performance indicators like on-time delivery rates and service levels to drive continuous improvement.
Support future supply chain projects and contribute to reducing costs and lead times, while increasing customer satisfaction.
Your profile
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for supply chain management. The ideal candidate should possess:
A Master’s degree with a focus on supply chain management or extensive experience in planning functions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both high-level strategy and detailed execution.
Proven experience in driving process improvements and collaborating across departments/regions.
Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Fluent English, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
