The Position
Supply Chain in SAN is a strategic function that provides a driven edge striving for an extraordinary customer experience.
As Supply Chain Lead for South American Network, you develop and lead the local supply chain strategy for four countries (Argentina, Uruguay, Bolivia, Paraguay) in alignment with regional and global direction and based on country needs. You will provide ongoing guidance and consultation to the local supply chain teams, including cascading network, regional and global supply chain strategies, metrics, systems, standards and other tools and resources.
The Supply Chain Lead serves as key business partner to the commercial organization and key ambassador for shaping and development of the Supply Chain. They is a strategic problem solver with an excellent business acumen who can demonstrate this deep understanding of Supply Chain to guide decision-making, provide analytical insight and business judgment to support strategic and tactical initiatives in the countries, and leverage the Network to bring efficiencies and best practices across countries. He/She is a key contributor to the success of the subregional and regional Supply Chain priorities. You will be a member of the LATAM Supply Chain LT and be an active player in the EMEA LATAM Supply Chain community. They will act as a coach for the affiliates and enable people to develop to their full potential, continuously developing capabilities, skills and attitude.
