Description:

OUR COMPANY

Bluecrux is a leading value chain consulting and technology company. Our experts and software help transform today’s supply chains into smart, efficient, fully integrated value chains. We believe that only true collaboration leads to innovation, at the intersection of our knowledge and our customers’ ambition to link expertise with technology and problem with purpose. We are a strongly growing community of +300 BeeCees worldwide, a movement that’s built on this intersection which we call the Cutting X: where supply chains evolve and value chains are forged.
Our client portfolio includes some of the world’s largest companies, including Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, GSK, Roche, Bridgestone, AkzoNobel, Mondelez, BASF and many more. Our desire to work closely with them is also reflected in our global presence, with offices in APAC, Europe, and the US.

Responsibilities:

Transform Tomorrow’s Supply Chains with Us!

At Bluecrux, we’re redefining the future of supply chains. As part of our team, you’ll work on groundbreaking projects in Planning, Operations, Distribution, Customer Engagement, and Transformation. Here’s how you’ll make an impact and what you’ll be doing:

  • Drive transformation: Partner with our customers to unlock their supply chain-wide transformation needs and work out how you can help drive growth, reduce costs, and spark innovation.
  • Analyze and optimize: Dive into current business processes within supply chains and operations across diverse industries like life sciences, food & beverages, and manufacturing. Your analytical skills will streamline and enhance operations.
  • Facilitate workshops: Organize and facilitate client workshops to uncover their unique needs and supply chain challenges. Your collaborative approach ensures we understand their goals and obstacles clearly.
  • Strategize with clarity: Gather essential information with a keen focus on what matters. You’ll keep all stakeholders informed and aligned, avoiding unnecessary details.
  • Co-create solutions: Collaborate with clients to design the concept book, detailing innovative new processes and organizational changes. Together, we’ll create a blueprint for success.
  • Coordinate implementation: Support the entire process, ensuring a smooth and structured transition to the new working method.
