SUMMARY:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Support Business Execution; proactively seek ways to improve processes. Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks. Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Interact with client personnel on a range of information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Experience utilizing an ERP or other Source-to-Invoice system (required)
  • Experience with SAP Ariba (preferred)
  • Proven ability to initiate action, adapt to change, and quickly learn the workings of systems/portals
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing skills and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining a sense of urgency toward meeting deadlines
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze contracts to operationalize contract terms and procurement strategies using Ariba’s Contract Compliance features
  • Review and analyze inquiries and operational challenges that require research, evaluation
  • Analyze and present recommendations for resolving moderately complex situations
  • Exercise some independent judgment while developing of understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Navigate multiple systems and applications to perform responsibilities
  • Achieve performance measures while developing expertise in policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Lead moderately complex projects, programs, and initiatives
  • Research and respond to internal or external inquiries through written and verbal communication
