QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPP, CSCP, CPSM) is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO…
As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for optimizing procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and high-quality sourcing of goods and services, and assisting in all other facets of the supply chain processes. You will actively maintain related systems, data, reporting, and filing.
The role involves developing supplier relationships, driving procurement strategies, and contributing to broader supply chain objectives. You will share ideas about the best way to purchase and maintain our inventory so our production & project management teams can continue to create the fun features we provide for communities across the globe.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all procurement activities, including issuing purchase orders, sourcing materials, and vendor negotiations.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality goods and services.
- Monitor supplier performance, address discrepancies, and manage non-conformance issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, warehouse, and production, to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Conduct root-cause analyses for procurement and inventory discrepancies, implementing corrective measures.
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of procurement-related data within ERP systems.
- Analyze market trends, supplier pricing, and industry benchmarks to inform procurement strategies.
- Support the Strategic Sourcing Manager in strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Support the implementation of plans to achieve departmental and corporate business objectives.
- Understand and uphold MAKR Group’s policies and procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining a culture that emphasizes customer-centric thinking, quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
