We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team and support the development of our collaborative robots (cobots). The ideal candidate will join the Novarc team with strong attention-to-detail, organizational skills and a go-getter attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum High school diploma.
  • 1+ years work experience in a similar role required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills via face-to-face, e-mails, and phone conversations.
  • Strong attention-to-detail, organized, conscientious, reliable, team-player.
  • Experience using a procurement and inventory system such as an ERP.
  • Physically agile and can stand and move for long periods of time.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Operating knowledge of Google Suite programs such as GDocs and GSheets.
  • Experience with Netsuite and Wrike a plus.
  • Works well under pressure and understands time sensitivity.
  • Self-motivated and takes ownership of the role and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize the picking and providing of materials to production and engineering teams (Production Work Orders and Part requests) including following up to ensure stakeholders have received the parts and tasks are closed in a timely manner
  • Organize the picking and packing of materials to fulfill customer Sales Orders and prepare packing lists for shipments
  • Perform and maintain physical and digital movement of materials in inventory
  • Perform and maintain inventory records and organization including bin locations
  • Prepare picking bins and updating bins on production assembly stations
  • Ensure consumables (KANBAN items) are restocked in a timely manner and notify purchasers on low stock levels
  • Proactively communicate updates on materials to stakeholders and across teams
  • Perform Cycle Counts, audits and reconciliation of parts as required
  • Record serial numbers of critical components
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, Slack, and Wrike
  • Keeps inventory shelving and work stations clean and organized; maintains a clutter-free environment (5S practices)
  • Assist with contacting suppliers/couriers and resolve problems such as but not limited to: facilitate RMA’s (return merchandise authorization) and NCR’s (Non-Conformance Reports) or replacement requests, and follow up with suppliers
  • Will hold a forklift certificate and operate a forklift as required
  • Perform other supply chain duties where help is needed (including but not limited to, receiving, shipping, and following up with suppliers)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
