Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is a must;
- German language is an asset;
- Bachelors in Business / Accounting /Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Linguistics ;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in dispute resolution and process improvement, preferably in FMCG industry;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience demonstrated via managing and coaching a team;
- Basic knowledge of the accounting basics and financial impacts related to CF and B/D lines;
- Analytical skills;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access);
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client relationship management;
- Ability to work in a very dynamic environment;
- Ability to set priorities for subordinate employees and enforce the achievement of goals;
- The ability to exert influence without direct impact on sales department employees (mainly KAMs)
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Supply Chain Customer Disputes Supervisor is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with key clients across various retail channels. This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of disputes, adjustments, and retrospective settlements, while also working to reduce the frequency of correction requests and enhance process efficiency.

- Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the superior.
