Responsibilities:
AS MANAGER CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON THESE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively manage the continuous improvement process among all international SCM & Logistics team members in ANCS
- Develop a framework around a SCM & Logistics continuous improvement program and create a roll out plan for the team
- Responsible for guidelines, policies, definitions, and instructions within ANCS SCM & Logistics
- Actively create and improve performance measurements for SCM & Logistics (KPI) and develop ideas around improvement opportunities and future initiatives
- Identify development and improvement areas and actively participate and manage development initiatives and / or projects
- Training of team members in continuous improvement methods (e.g. yellow belt, lean basics, continuous improvement tools, etc.)
- Support internal stakeholders to manage and improve the focus on continuous improvement activities
- Moderation of continuous improvement workshops (online as well as face to face)
- Close cooperation with departments and functions across ANCS with focus on cross functional continuous improvement activities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE WOULD HAVE:
- In-depth understanding of SCM & Logistics processes within manufacturing companies
- Excellent knowledge of ERP system (SAP preferably)
- B.Sc. in economics, engineering or similar
- Practical experience in Continuous Improvement
- Certification in Lean & Six Sigma (black belt desirable)
- Experienced in moderation of workshops and training of employees
- Fluent English skills both written and spoken, German is seen as advantage
- Knowledge in leading teams through change
- Advanced MS-Office Skills
- Excellent analytical capability
- Knowledge of MS Power BI seen as an advantage
