Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement distribution strategy and look for ways to enhance operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams for process improvements.
  • Determine key supply chain KPIs.
  • Suggest solutions for process improvements.
  • Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner which are cost effective.
  • Document step-by-step procedures for the supply planning process.
  • Train and evaluate operations staff.
  • Vendor development in this constantly evolving market.
  • Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to select best vendors.
  • Team building amongst distribution teams
