Description:

OUR CLIENT IS A LEADER IN THE MANUFACTURING MNC. DUE TO THEIR CURRENT EXPANSION PLAN, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE (PLANNING) TO JOIN THEIR TEAM, IN HOPES OF DEVELOPING THE CURRENT HIGH PERFORMING TEAM. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE EAST.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review monthly sales forecasts and MRP plans.
  • Issue purchase orders and filling documents.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders.
  • Verify that invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents match purchase orders and contain accurate information.
  • Schedule deliveries, considering stock readiness, documentation, shipping lead times, and customs clearance.
  • Support planners in the goods receipt process, addressing warehousing issues, billing checks, and trimming activities.
  • Obtain quotes for import and export shipments.
  • Update the shipment tracking and monitoring file promptly.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Supply Chain / Business Administration or equivalent
  • Min 2 years of relevant working experience
