Responsibilities:
- Support in administrative tasks and documentation of the department: search and sending of delivery notes, sending of lists, checking of materials in the system, completion of customer database.
- Supply Chain KPIs management: Analyze and propose improvement action.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Supports transformation initiatives working with the regional teams and adopt & apply best practices from the region.
- The intern will assist in optimizing the functionality of Esker, E-order, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing user support. The intern will contribute to enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of order management process within Boston Scientific.
- Support Customer Care daily activities through SAP and Service Cloud in Salesforce.
