EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, vlookup)
  Fluent in English and German (written communication and 90% of oral discussions are in English)

Accounting

• Manage inbound claims (quantity and quality) clearance with Retail, Logistics and Accounting. Support the Accounting Team on all relevant topics
• Identify and resolve price discrepancies between invoiced and received price
• Contribute to the deployment of short term and day-to-day activities to ensure efficient response to Accounting defined strategy

Store support operations

• Support and facilitate inbound operations to secure availability and payment on time
• Handle shipping claims with Suppliers and Accounting
• Communicate relevant information to stores and Logistics Teams
• Follow up returns to vendors and returns to warehouse
• Support Stores on day-to-day topics regarding inventory management processes
